This is a recipe for Brandy Highball, with brandy, carbonated water and lemon.

How to Make a Brandy Highball

Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, add the twist of lemon peel, stir gently, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)

Serve in Highball Glass
