Highland Sling

This is a recipe for Highland Sling, with superfine sugar, water, lemon juice, Scotch whisky and lemon.

How to Make a Highland Sling

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and scotch. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Serve in Highball Glass
