Melon Island

This is a recipe for Melon Island, with vodka, Pisang Ambon® liqueur, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice.

How to Make a Melon Island

Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.

Serve in Highball Glass
