Morning Glory Fizz

This is a recipe for Morning Glory Fizz, with Scotch whisky, lemon juice, caster sugar, egg, Angostura® bitters and soda water.

How to Make a Morning Glory Fizz

Add scotch, lemon juice, sugar, egg and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a collins glass half-filled with ice. Add the soda water, and serve with a slice of orange and a muddler.

Serve in Collins Glass
