Strain the Rein

This is a recipe for Strain the Rein, with light rum, raspberry liqueur, Cointreau® orange liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and lime.

How to Make a Strain the Rein

Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip into a flat bowl of sugar (2 tsp) in order to thoroughly coat the rim. Discard the lime shell. Pour the rum, raspberry liqueur, Cointreau, lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar into a cocktail shaker

Serve in Cocktail Glass
